This story is centered on a young dolphin named Kiwa that has to find her own in a troubled sea filled with dangers and challenges. Having lost her mother to fishermen, she takes the challenge to go find her and finds herself along the way.
Kiwa and Ossa swam in the crystal clear water and jumped often into the warm sunshine. Together they chased fish and played many games as they made their way to the north.
Nighttime came and Kiwa swam on. The moon rose over the calm sea and stars began to twinkle overhead. A shooting star swept across the sky, and Kiwa began to sing a song that her mother had sung to her when she was but a small porpoise in the lagoon.
